The most common symptoms of kidney stones is unbearble pain in the lower groin and abdomen. Don't neglect such pain. Such type of pain is quite acute and one will not be able to step out up to the doctor for medical help.  However, it is better to be precautious in order to keep away yourself from kidney stone.
