My remedy for the prevention of Kidney stones is to eat red radishes thinly sliced with onions, grated carrots,cubed cucumber with a little white vinegar and a little salt in your salads and also in stir fries,[yes add all the above in your wok with your favourite pasta and sauces]I am now 66 years old and have never had any problems with Kidney stones.
